COLLECTIVE

MORE Collective is a Toronto-based networking group created in

2021 by Camille Borody & Angela Casullo.

MORE Collective is a free online networking platform and a space to share in creative services, mentorship, curated events + community. Its mission is to celebrate small-scale growth, inspire + uplift, ask questions, and dispel the notion that perceived “success” defines creative capacity. Since launching, MORE has hosted two in-person events and the Much MORE Moody Blog. Created by friends Camille Borody and Angela Casullo, the small Toronto-based collective aims for creative collaboration over competition.

HAS-BEEN

VINTAGE

I created HAS-BEEN Vintage in 2008 as a Facebook group to allow students to trade or sell their vintage items. The group grew and expanded to other schools – at its peak with over 10k members; I was inspired to start my own Etsy shop. I used this new captive audience to generate brand awareness for HAS-BEEN and funnel traffic from Facebook to Etsy at a time when businesses were only just learning how to leverage social media this way. HAS-BEEN was a curated online shop that specialized in unisex items from the late 60's-early '90s. As the creator, I did all of the sourcing, styling and the majority of photography myself. Below is an overview of some of the pop-ups, photoshoots, and events I created over an eight-year period.

From make-shift studios to cabbing around to pop-ups with my mannequin, my shop taught me about putting in work and brought me a lot of happiness.
