Pusateri’s Web Re-Design 

Role: Marketing Manager

Objective: Drive organic traffic and online sales 


As part of the Marketing Department for Pusateri’s our aim was to establish the brand as expert leaders in the fine-food space and drive sales to online grocery and catering. Over the course of my time with the brand we undertook an entire web redesign and launch of their own eCommerce platform. 


For this project, I managed the digital marketing, and SEO strategy. I employed market insights and customer research to create a topic-cluster content strategy. With the focus on highlighting our vendors and industry expertise, I reformatted our highest-traffic pages. Working with an external agency, I secured our link equity by directing old indexed links to new long-format content I wrote such as interviews and recipes. Additionally, I was responsible for the photography, editing and cataloguing of all products for the Netsuite launch.


Once the site was live I developed a social campaign called “What’s in Our Basket” which ran each week to provide useful PK to shoppers and drive value and visibility to vendors. This strategy put the Pusateri’s family in the forefront to connect with their community. As Marketing Manager, I photographed and deployed content while also reporting and driving sales. These combined strategies improved Pusateri’s On + Offline authority and resulted in an increase of +30% in online transactions. Socially-funnelled web traffic tripled YOY and their organic Instagram following grew by 20%.
